Managing Risk When We Are Open & Trading

Customers will be reminded to wash & sanitise hands regularly using clear signage & sanitisation stations

Working areas will be zoned to prevent staff working to closely with each other.

We have removed some of our tables to create more space, and at least a 1 meter gap between each table . A screen will be erected on the bar where a 1 meter distance cant not be maintained. Customers will be reminded to adhere to social distancing measure using clear signage.

We will not be clearing anything from your tables until you finish your visit, so please keep used plates & glasses to one side. When food and drinks are brought to you, it will be placed on the end of your table for you to move yourselves.

Our menu has been reduced to allow for less staff to be needed in the kitchen at any one time. This will mean your food may take longer than normal to come out from the kitchen.

Only one person will be able to work behind the bar at ay one time. This will mean that your drinks may take longer to be brought to you. Please be patient with us.

We have a clear policy to deal with any member of staff that has or displays any symptoms of COVID-19. This also extends to customers

Card payments will be encouraged. If any cash is handled staff will need to wash and sanitise hands straight after. Customer using cash will also be encouraged to sainted hands with a sanitising station at the order point.

We have considered in depth the use of PPE in our site. Whilst PPE including face masks, visors, and gloves will be available for all staff to use, with the measures put in place, and assuming customers also stick to social distancing and the new rules we are working to , we do not feel PPE will bring any additional protection. HOWEVER this will be revisited once we are able to see how the measures put in place work in practice.

Violence & aggression, & rudeness will not be tolerated, and all staff have been trained on the best ways to deal with this behaviour if it arrises.

All staff will complete a Fitness to work form and this will be revived regularly to ensure the team, or their families or people they live with, are not displaying any COVID- 19 symptoms.

An enhanced cleaning regime has been adopted focusing on internal & external touch points, regular sanitising of public spaces, back of house spaces and regular cleaning of public toilets. Staff will retrained in cellar management and perfect pouring. The top of the glass will not be touched, the nozzle will not enter the liquid. No glasses will be re used at any time.
